Where this actually goes
This form is for improving the VoiceBan app — the voice check, sign-in, voice posts, the Lobby, Bantor. It is not a support desk and it is not a marketing list.
What you write is read by the developers building VoiceBan, and the queue is audited regularly by the team's assistant, which flags anything urgent — anything that cost you access, money, or data gets pulled to the front rather than waiting its turn.
We read the unflattering ones first. Between now and 10 September the only thing that makes this product better is testers telling us what actually went wrong.
What we are actually testing right now
- The voice check. Does it let you in, and does it refuse someone who is not you? Both failures matter.
- Sign-in with no password and no seed phrase. If you got stuck, that is a bug in our design, not in you.
- Voice posts, the Lobby and Bantor. Anything that felt slow, silent, or lost.
- Anything that cost you money or time unexpectedly. Tell us immediately.
